RR Log 06.12.10

Breakfast:
-baked sweet potato "fries" with olive oil salt & pepper
-2 fried eggs
-wilted spinach

Lunch:
-ummmm, damn. I really don't remember. WTF?

Dinner:
-grilled salmon with olive oil, lemon & salt
-grilled asparagus
-carrot-cayenne cole slaw
-white bean, tomato & dill salad

Snacks:
-2 Clif bars! 500 calories. Bam. FAIL.
-tortilla chips with guacamole & salsa
-fresh raspberries & blackberries

Drinks:
-coffee with sugar & almond milk
-2 potato vodka & soda with lemon

Exercise: Shit man. REALLY.
