Breakfast:
-cinnamon Puffins cereal with fresh strawberries & blueberries & almond milk
Lunch: leftovers from the grill!
-chicken "sweet italian" sausage
-carrot-cayenne cole slaw
-asparagus
Dinner:
-rice spirals pasta with olive oil, sundried tomatoes, garlic, broccoli & the last leftover chicken sausage
Snacks:
-1 banana
-rice cake with plain hummus
-1/2 a brat
Drinks:
-2 shots espresso with steamed almond milk & honey
-hornitos & soda
-gin & tonic (bartender fuck-up)
Exercise: Awww shucks.
Notes: Still just getting into the swing of posting again, and embarrassed I haven't been exercising!
