Breakfast:
-cinnamon Puffins cereal with fresh blueberries, strawberries & almond milk
Lunch: lots of cooking today, grazed through it for lunch!
-roasted red potatoes with fresh herb & mustard dressing with hard boiled egg
-carrot-cayenne cole slaw
-green beans with roasted shallots, toasted walnuts & dressing (lemon, garlic etc...)
Dinner:
-1.5 roasted garlic chicken sausages

Snacks:
-rice cake with plain hummus
-chocolate coconut milk "ice cream"
-tortilla chips with guacamole
-late night cereal binge yo: those damn Puffins!
Drinks:
-2 shots espresso with steamed almond milk & 1/2 tsp. honey (back on coffee...)
-2 dranks: potato vodka, soda water. lemon

Notes: I had my first day off in 1.5 weeks.... spent it hanging pictures, cleaning, and cooking up a storm. I got my internet installed, FINALLY. I got a summer haircut. We had guests for dinner and fired up the grill! All in all a great day. Windows open. Music on.
