Breakfast:
-whole english muffin with egg white, spinach, laughing cow cheese, and jam
-small bowl Irish Oats with blueberries and chia seeds
Lunch:
-1 leftover bean burrito
Dinner:
-homemade caeser salad with grilled tuna steak
Snacks:
-2 small chocolate chip cookies
-raisins, almonds, macadamia nuts, cranberries trail mix
-1 tiny ginger snap cookie after dinner
Beverages:
-coffee
-small soy milk steamer with 1 pump chocolate
-water
Exercise: unfortunately, no.
Notes: Sugar attack....whoops! Someone brought cookies into the office and I could not resist. Feeling a-okay...looking forward to exercising once this rain lets up. I haven't been to the Y in a while, probably time to pay a visit...
