Breakfast: Had some pals over for brunch! Epic brunch....
-red potatoes roasted with olive oil, garlic, onions & rosemary
-tofu scramble with broccoli, bell pepper, green onion
-1 ginger dark chocolate scone
-gimme lean veggie sausage
-1 mini cinnamon roll
-strawberries & bananas with flax & sunflower seeds
-2 slices pumpkin socca with cinnamon cashew cream
Lunch: See breakfast!
Dinner:
-1/2 fried green tomato appetizer
-2 black bean cakes
-sauteed spinach
-cheese grits (yup!!!)
Snacks: None really, brunch dragged into the afternoon!
Drinks:
-a few cups of black coffee
-a few (ahem) glasses of white wine
-a Pepsi
Exercise: Must.....go.....to.....GYm....
Notes: Sunday! No regrets, right? Well, after all that epic brunching I got some stomach cramps. I think I overdid it....
