RR Log 11.06.10

Breakfast:
- 3 vegan buckwheat pancakes (the recipe you gave me DB!) with maple syrup

Lunch:
-Ummmm Taco Bell. I don't want to talk about it. (7 layer burrito OMG)

Dinner:
-coconut sweet potato curry soup
-garlic toast

Snacks:
-1 almond quinoa muffin
- 2 pieces of vegan savory pumpkin socca with cashew cinnamon cream
-A few *ahem* rosemary cornmeal cookies
-some cool ranch Doritos. yup. what?

Drinks:
-1 small Dr. Pepper
-2 cups black tea (soooo good PG Tips my pal brought me from London!
-1 glass red wine

Exercise: Um, not so much. What's it gonna take I tell ya??

Notes: Well, obviously by my snacking log you can see I did some baking today! Gearing up for the holiday season and trying to keep the kitchen warm in the process. I have a terrible sweet tooth, and I am enjoying finding new, healthier, vegan twists on my faves. In other news: it is totally red wine season.
