Breakfast:
-egg white scramble with spinach, tomatoes, red onion & smoked salmon
-carrot & parsnip puree
Lunch:
-leftover sauteed vegetables & rice
-rice cake with 1 small baby avocado
Dinner:
ummmm, kind of ate my lunch insanely late, grazed on snacks through dinner!
-rice crisps with hummus
-3 gluten/dairy free chocolate chip cookies!
Snacks:
-1 pink lady apple
-1.5 cups cantaloupe
-mixed nuts & dried cranberries
Drinks:
-iced latte with honey & almond milk
Exercise: Took my doggie for a brisk 35 minute walk this morning. Rode my bike to work.
Notes: I got SLAMMED at work today. We are definitely in the thick of the busy season and we have 2 new hires I have to train. It definitely keeps me running around at least!
