RR Log 06.15.10

Breakfast:
-1 egg + extra egg white fried
-wilted spinach
-1/4 cup quinoa

Lunch:
-salad: baby romaine & spinach, roasted turkey, dried cranberries, radish sprouts, apple, Annie's lite mustard vin.
-leftover quinoa/black bean salad

Dinner:
-steamed shrimp with Old Bay seasoning
-black rice
-asparagus with lemon, garlic & olive oil

Snacks:
-white bean & tomato dill salad
-a spoonful of peanut butter (weakness!!)
-small bowl of cinnamon Puffins cereal with almond milk
-grapes

Drinks:
-1 cup black tea
-1 potato vodka with soda water & lemon
-fruit smoothie

Exercise: YES!!!!! 35 min. on the 'mill and 45 minutes of weight training!

Notes: I kicked my own ass at the gym this morning, and was already feeling it as I dragged myself around work today, but I am sure tomorrow will be worse! Totally fine with this.

  1. Yay for going to the gym!! I haven't been to the Y in FOREVERRR...not because I haven't been exercising; I just want to do all my running outside these days.

    Looks like you had a very healthy day over all. Betcha feel good!

  2. we should!!! you will have to come over and check out our new place, and we have a bitchin' grill. Totally BITCHIN'. I said it. Work has been nuts but is hopefully settling down soon. It looks like I have weekends off now like regular people!
