Breakfast:
-1 fried full egg + extra egg white
-wilted spinach
-1/2 baked Japanese yam
Lunch:
-salad: baby romaine with 1/8 cup dried cranberries, roasted turkey, pepitas & Annie's lite mustard vin.
Dinner:
-quinoa with black beans, corn, red & yellow bell peppers, red onion, avocado, cilantro & fresh lime juice
-a couple of bites of Matt's pot stickers & ramen (gluten-free FAIL!!!)
Snacks:
-1 Larabar (raw cashew & date)
-1/2 cup white bean & tomato salad & 1/2 baked Japanese yam
-handful of tortilla chips
Drinks:
-2 cups black tea
Exercise: Uggghhhhh.
Notes: Ok. Tomorrow is the day! Tomorrow morning I am up & at the Y. I swear it! Can I also tell you how good those Japanese yams from Whole Foods are? Sweet potatoes are pretty much my favorite food, and these are milder in flavor, dark purple skin with a pale yellow color inside. They are my new favorite!
