RR Log 05.18.10

Breakfast:
-steel cut oats with dried cherries, walnuts & blackstrap molasses

Lunch:
-salad: mixed baby greens, radish sprouts, apples, walnuts, shallots, turkey & lite mustard vin.
-1 cup mixed strawberries & blueberries

Dinner:
-vegetable sushi
-red quinoa
-roasted beets & shallots

Snacks:
-dark chocolate! quite a bit. like, half a bar....
-tortilla chips

Drinks:
-1 cup black tea
-1 cup green tea

Exercise: Ho hum!!!! Who am I???

Notes: This week is crazy. Looking forward to finishing up with this move and being settled back into routine! I woke up with horrible allergies this morning. Moving doesn't help!
