Breakfast:
-egg whites scrambled with spinach, ramps & tomatoes
-carrot & parsnip puree
Lunch:
-collards
-cajun-creole spiced tempeh
-carrot & parsnip puree (finally! the last of it!!!)
Dinner:
-2 tacos al pastor (pork shoulder with pineapple)
-1 fish tostada (with cabbage, radish & avocado)
-guacamole & chips
Snacks:
-1 banana
-salad: spinach, apples, shallot, walnuts, radish sprouts & mustard vin.
-spiced mixed nuts
Drinks:
-2 cups black tea
-1 margarita
-1 fancy-pants tequila drink
Exercise: Ha ha.
Notes: Sooooo my best friend moves to London tomorrow. Major sads, Major "Anything you want to do your last night!!!" So we got tacos at Big Star, and then hopped across the street to the Violet Hour which was just the most perfect place for post-dinner cocktails and goodbyes. I stuck with tequila since I am still fuzzy on what liquors are grain-based. I ate good today- if too much. Looking forward to getting back on track, but I still have a lot of work and moving to get done in the next week!
