Breakfast:
-leftover grits with green onion
-2 fried eggs
-carrot & parsnip puree
Lunch:
-brown rice pasta with fire roasted tomatoes & nutritional yeast
Dinner:
-salad: romaine, tomato, hard-boiled egg, olives & dressed with olive oil, salt & pepper
-rice & pecan crackers
Snacks:
-3 squares dark chocolate
-almond butter (spoon to the jar- so bad!!!!)
Drinks:
-2 cups black tea
-1 glass champagne
Exercise: Nope
Notes: Helped our friends pack to move- it sucked not to be able to eat pizza and drink beer with everyone else- but not as shitty as I thought it would be. I didn't feel very well all day today, definitely having a lot of allergies. Everyone cut their damn grass this weekend.
Explain this "nutritional yeast." I saw it in a recipe the other day and I'm not sure what it is or what the nutritional benefits are.

Wiki says it all. It is pretty good, but I usually only have it in my tofu scramble. I tried throwing it on my pasta as a substitute for parmesan, which didn't really work ;/
Parmesan is what I miss the most!!!!
