-parsnip & carrot puree
Lunch:
-salad: spinach, apples, walnuts, turkey & mustard vin.
Dinner:
-cajun-creole spiced tempeh pieces with creamy grits
-collard greens with onions & nutritional yeast
-fresh strawberries
Snacks:
-1 banana
-handful of cashews and peanuts
-hummus & brown rice crackers
-4 squares dark chocolate
-corn chips & salsa
Drinks:
-1 cup black tea
Exercise: Um, does working my ass off running around cleaning for 5 hours at work count? Ugghhh.
