Breakfast:
-1 egg scrambled with spinach & tomatoes
-red quinoa
Lunch:
-tuna salad: fat-free mayo, dried cranberries, salt & pepper
-seeded rice crackers
Dinner:
-quinoa pasta with chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes & olive oil
Snacks:
-1.5 cups strawberries & cantaloupe
-rice cake with 1/4 avocado
-1 cup lemon sorbet
Drinks:
-2 cups black tea
